Canada Wii Controller
Xbox 360 Price and Info Questions:?
I currently live in Vancouver Canada and im 14 years old, and have been asking for a 360 for Christmas. I already have a Wii, but I have been tremendously bored with it and the 360’s shooters are leaving me drooling. I have several questions will the 360 be having a price drop any time soon before Christmas? During boxing day is it possible to get a 360 for really cheap anyone know a place that may sell it really cheap on boxing day (by cheap I mean maybe a $50-$100 price cut?) Should I currently buy my 360 here in Canada or should I go over to Bellingham in the US and get one? Now that the Canadian dollar is higher, and the US price of the 360 is about at least $50 dollars cheaper, I can also pick up some controllers there, or should I just stick with Canada, because of gas and hassles? Lastly, are there any mods or hacks out yet that are efficient so I can download games on my 360 and still play online?
I can’t quite answer about coming to US thing but, about the hacks and mods. The Xbox360 software is quite advanced so, you don’t even have to hack it to get downloaded games onto it anymore! All you do is search for “Xbox360 Torrents” on Google. When you get there, you will notice that there will be to types of games. Ones that are PAL and ones that are NTSC (That might not be exact but, it is close.) PAL is for Europe and NTSC is for US. (I don’t know which one Canada is under.)
If you download a PAL version when your box is a NTSC version, it won’t work. Anyway, after you download your game, you get an ISO-Burner (Usually you can find a cracked one off the same site if you look for it.) Stick in a blank DVD+R, (Make sure it is above or at 3gb as games are about 3gb avg.) Once, you have it burned, stick it in your box and enjoy! I wouldn’t reccommend playing them on Xbox Live as your GamerTag could be banned since it is easily tracked.
As for hacks for games themselves, I don’t know any yet. What is a cool thing is a Save Transfer kit, you plug it into your box then your computer and you can download game saves off the internet from others and play them. You are allowed to do that, it is legal.
