Classic Controller Wii
Can you use the Wii classic controller to play Gamecube games?
I asked in a shop in a Gamecube controller for use in the Wii, and gave me a classic controller for Wii. I have not opened yet because I'm not quite sure if it will work, so I want to double check. Will it?
Unfortunately, once a GameCube game inserted does not detect the classic controller and an old GameCube controller to use to play gamecube games. The classic controller is for use with some of WiiWare, but most Virtual Console games off the Wii Shop Channel – But games console Virtual also work with GameCube controllers, so the classic controller is not even a need for, so I suggest you get a refund and buy a GameCube controller anyway. If you want to play GameCube games will have to buy a GameCube controller. I suggest checking on Amazon, as they often are some of sale cheaply in place there. Hope this helps. (:
