My WII Play

Can anyone help me get straightened my knowledge PSP?

Okay, so I love video games. I like PS2 and Wii and DS and I thought to get a PSP for a very long time, because there are fun games that I love to play that are only available for PSP. I've been trying to research for a while and am having trouble finding how many types there are models and what are its advantages and disadvantages of them. I'm also a little confused about what is homebrew. Yes, probably sound stupid, but any help anyone would be greatly appreciated if you can give me an organized list or website very useful help me and any other information that may be necessary.
