EA SPORTS active wii or my trainer?
I really want to be fit, but do not know what to buy. what the best?
My Fitness Coach was a good choice in its day, but today it is obsolete. Not much more than a glorified workout video. You can set the background and music, but that's it. Not to use any more of the capabilities of the Wii. EA Sports Active has a very interesting set of exercises that makes excellent use of the Wii Nunchuk, Remote Wii and, optionally, the Balance Board. It's definitely the king of the hill.
