Dolphin GC / Wii emulator mac requirements?

I have a MacBook Air Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13GHz front side bus to 1,066 MHz Memory 2 GB 128 GB drive Solid State NVIDIA GeForce 9400M and I travel a lot so its little hard to take my Wii with me wherever I go. Today I learned that you can play Wii games Dolphin emulator that was supposed to be for the GC, so I was wondering if my macbook can run the emulator. how it will work very slow (if possible please mention FTP) or not run at all? I'm trying, but it would be a pain to do, and discovers that works fine on my laptop. I have a program installed that allows me to use Windows XP on my mac (I do not remember his name I think is Parallels Desktop) so it will not be a problem runing on my mac. sorry for the mistake that I mean if you could mention what the speed of the "FPS" would be for my laptop.
