My WII Play

Need help with Wii Homebrew Channel.?

Ok, I just installed the homebrew channel onto my wii manually without the twighlight hack, so I was just wondering what it’s capabitlities were and how to use them? Can it play dvds? Can it play regular emulators and not are there special emulators that i must download? And does it play the emulator right off the SD card or do I somehow install onto the wii. Oh, and now that I’ve installed the channel onto my wii, can i delete it off my SD card? Thanks for the help!

The homebrew channel is practically endless..you can play DVDs and emulators, plus homebrew games and applications. it all depends on what you add into the apps folder of your SD card. in some emulators you can play the roms off of a dvd and off of the sd card. with homebrew installed you could play back ups of games without opening your wii.
