Problems Wii Console
Using UK Wii console and games in France?
I plan to buy a Nintendo Wii in the UK to use in France (due to the weaker pound right now). I know there is no problem with voltage (I just need a power adaptor), however UK uses PAL and France uses the SECAM TV systems. Will I have a problem in using the UK console and games in France? Will I also be able to play games I buy in France on the UK console?
the games are all compatible-although some games may not be in english depending on how they are coded. It will run fine on a tv provided you are connecting through scart or component, its only if you are using an RF unit that you would have picture problems.
