Yes because it couldn’t be legal and sold all over the internet by well known companies. These companies that sell them have took years building a proper credibility. They would not put that at risk. You can back up games and play them on your Wii. Talking about keeping the original discs safe. Backing up original games are not illegal. I see that all over the internet. If you back up your video games that is legal but selling them makes the process illegal. That is wrong and you can be highly prosecuted.
