Stream Movies Wii
How are high def movies streamed over a blu-ray, Wii, etc?
That’s a lot of data to stream over a cable connection, especially if it’s high def. Wouldn’t there be a huge loss of quality or compression artifacts at the very least? Is it still progressive scan? It obviously can’t compare to having movie playing directly from a blu-ray device… or can it?
In my experience, my Netflix streamed content is on a par with HDTV on my 22″ Vizio. On my 40″ Samsung, it looks as good as an upconverted DVD.
