Since Gmail's Gym – The future of Part Two Fitness

In the edition I suggested that technology could be used to encourage more people to exercise. This month, in Part 2, I'll keep looking article WiiFit and various technologies such as EA Staff "> personal trainer who show the potential to introduce the exercise and technology for the mass market.

I see an opportunity to educate and promote non-athletes toward a healthier future by using technology as a catalyst to improve health and fitness through the excitement and enjoyment of the gadgets.

How? For starters there are "games" encourage computer users to increase activity levels in the country. A game like the Wii Fit + Wii Fit for Nintendo Wii More. I remember first try this game before to launch the UK a few years ago. It is easy to use with a nice interface that attracted me to play. Although there were many types of yoga exercises that now includes exercises strength training. I wanted to have a gym where I was driving at the time, but the owners laughed at the idea. It is very popular among the top 50 Wii games.

Another "game" is EA Sports Active: Personal Fitness Trainer for Wii. This includes a resistance band and leg strap.
