Can I buy the Rock Band drums for Guitar Hero World Tour for Wii?

! Hi My mom just bought Guitar Hero: World Tour for Wii, but only the actual game disc itself, for my family for Christmas. We already have a GH guitar and do not feel the need to obtain the set of instruments. I would like the battery for my little brother and sister, but I'm not sure if you can still buy! lol I'm totally new to video games and everything, so I'm very confused with respect to compatibility and other things. If it will not work I'll just buy a microphone to sing or not another Wiimote. Can anyone help? :) What about Rock Band for Wii? Do the drums are sold separately could buy: (& If rock band drums, do other companies offer only the drums for the wii? (I'm just weighing my options) if it is a girl to do?
