What is better the zumba wii game or the zumba dvds?
I was thinking of trying zumba and would love to own it but what one do you think is more funner and gives you more of a higher cardio workout? Oh one more thing dont mention zumba classes I hate working out infront of people and am real self conscious in front of people so sorry.
Definitely go with the Zumba DVDs. The latest one Zumba Exhilarate is really good and you can actually rent them on sites like DanceFlix.com. It’s a 7 dvd set so you can pick and choose. Good luck!
