What is the difference between rock band two for the wii, and band hero for the wii?
I’m trying to decide which to buy. None of the stores have Rock Band Two but one does have Band Hero? What’s the difference? Which one is better?
The main difference is the songs included. Rock Band 2 is more of a mixed bag with every genre of rock, from hardcore metal to country, while Band Hero is purely pop/Top 40 Hits.
Rock Band 2 also has more downloadable content, if that’s a factor for you.
If you’re willing to invest, the Band Hero instruments will work with Rock Band 2. So consider buying the Band Hero set, then get Rock Band 2 online (Easily found for under $30). More is always better.
