How do I install "Wad Installer" on my Wii?

I read a lot of guides, reviews, tutorials, but it really seems can not understand (as they often say different things). I have the Homebrew Channel (BTW, I have to connect my Wii to the Internet for HBC?), But no applications in it. Can anyone tell me exactly how the files and folders are supposed to be placed on the SD card (like "taco", "application", and content (Dols, elves …)? PS: You can look like a rookie, but the huge collection of tutorials are really contradictory to me want to break my PC with a hammer: D

create two folders on the SD card, a call and applications of a block in the folder called wad put all the files. wad you want in your Applications folder you need to put another folder with the name of the application and that folder is needed boot.dol (where appropriate, make a new folder labeled wad manager and put the file there dol. labeled boot.dol) do
