Wii remote charger tips Please help.?

I own a Wii Charger Energizer Flat Panel 2x induction http://cn1.kaboodle.com/hi/img/b/0/0/8b/1/AAAAC-BXNtgAAAAAAIsRWw.jpg I use it often. but now only use my Wii on weekends. I know where it would be better to place my Wii Remotes. In the charger for 5 days while I am at school. Or to leave somewhere. What is best for Wii Remotes battery life. What is healthier for the Wii Remote. Any help? Thanks
