Making With The Biggest Loser
The new season of the hit TV show, The Biggest Loser, had begun a couple of weeks. For any person who does not watch the show, the biggest Loser chooses 16 of the severely obese people in the country, and engage in fierce competition to get in excellent physical shape, and become the biggest loser. Competitors come from all social classes, but all have one thing in common: they need to lose a lot weight, and in many cases, your life depends on it. In the past nine seasons, there have been many miracles in the show, people have become human beings healthy intestine. Knowledge, hard work, and changes in habits all contributed.
Which brings me to why I'm writing about the program. When The Biggest Loser for the first time, my girlfriend and I were very obese. We used to eat whatever we wanted, and ate pizza, hamburgers, ice cream, all kinds fattening things, watching the show! For a time, does not bother us, we think to ourselves, well, those people in the program are in worse shape us, right?
Evil
We let ourselves go too long. Our weight and our health was slipping away, and soon we realized that we had to do something about it. When Season 6 of The Biggest Loser wine, that's when we decided, we will work with them this time. We did not have any training equipment luxury competitors had, but there are many forms of exercise, and eating is just common sense. And so it began.
Today, we still have fitness issues from time to time, but we have found fit to eat well and stay is a constant battle. Being fit and healthy is difficult, staying that way is a challenge. But we find ways to make time and go.
Recently they have begun to work in the mornings again, before being ready for the job. I wake up Earlier, I got the TV, turn on the Wii, and put in my program fitness biggest loser, and avatar of Bob and I get to work. Over time, my body is used for method training, and when that happens, I'll switch to Jillian Michaels Fitness' Ultimatum. If anyone can work with me and Melissa in shape, Jillian can! We've got your videos training and fitness game for Wii, and when it is too cold to go outside, we have several items in our house, like a ribbon, ball exercises, hand weights, and some teams in our basement. Yes, we do what we can, when life permits.
If you really want to change the way we are living your life, if you want to eat well and stay fit, then do what you must do the time for it. Your body will not magically change itself, we must force him to do change. What you enjoy doing in your life, find a way to make it healthy!
