My WII Play

What are some cleaner m rated games?

I own Halo 3, Assassins Creed, Elder Scrolls Oblivion, Call of Duty 1-3, ghost recon games, and mercenaries. I get straight A’s and play basketball, football, and lacrosse. I don’t play my 360, wii, or ds all day. however i really want to get rainbow six Vegas 2, and call of duty 4. Are these games o.k. for me? If not then what are some good m rated games I could play.
I know to stay away from games like GTA but need help.

Gears Of War-Blood and Swearing but not bad like GTA
RSV2- Not bad at all just some mild swearing
Call of Duty 4- I don’t fucking know why this game is M it should be T.
