Wii controller problem playing de Blob – how do I connect 2nd controller?
I rented de Blob and have no trouble connecting my first Controller and playing with one person. When I go to Block Party and try to connect a 2nd controller, it never connects? I have tried multiple remotes and only the 1st player remote units connects. The others never get recognized.
I even tried connecting my additional remotes while playing Wii Sports, then going loading de Blob….still didn’t recognize the additional remotes. They lose their signal as soon as I go back into the Wii home screen.
And yes, I have the Nunchuk hooked up.
1. On the de Blob game menu, click the Home button on the Wii-mote. If you don’t know, that’s the small button with the blue house on it.
2. Click on Wii-mote Settings and then click on Reconnect.
3. On the Wii-mote you want to be player one, keep pressing the 1 and 2 buttons until you feel a small vibration and a little noise. Do that with every additional Wii-mote you wish to add.
Sometimes after doing that to only one it will go back to the Wii-mote Settings page. That’s okay. Just click Reconnect and try again.
4. After you have all of them synced and working, keep on clicking the Home button until you are back at the de Blob game menu.
