nintendo wii skin from nintendo free?

i live in australia and when i got my remotes (2 of them) 1 i got with the wii console the other i bought, none of them came with a free wii remote jackets when i went to the website i couldn’t choose australia as the where i live thre was only ireland and the uk.i got my wii and the controllers on december the 21st how come i didn’t get a wii skin jacket.

Please have your Wii console serial number ready when you phone.

There should be wii-skins available for purchase in the same stores where you live that you can buy games from. That may be an option if you can’t get these ones.
