Buying 2 Wii Remote Jackets?
A Wii Packge includes: 1 Wii Console, 1 Wii Remote, 1 Nunchuk, and Wii Sports. I have a sibling so I want to buy another Wii Remote and Nunchuk aso for both of the Remotes I want to buy 2 Remote Jackets. How much do the Jackets cost? Are the jackets for only Wii Motion Plus?
The Wii Remote that comes with the system already comes with a clear colored jacket. If you buy the official Nintendo Wii Remote separately, it also comes with the same clear rubbery jacket.
The Nunchuks don’t come with any jackets, but the Wii Remotes do… so, you really only need to buy some jackets if you want different colored ones… or, if you want jackets for the Nunchuks.
There are A LOT of different kinds of controller jackets out there. A set of one Wii Remote jacket and one Nunchuk jacket runs around 10 to 15 dollars.
The jackets that are for the Wii Motion Plus are “LONGER” in size because of the added unit to the end of the Wii Remote. You only have to worry about that if you are going to buy the Wii Motion Plus units. If you are… the best deal is to pick up the Wii Sports Resort game that comes packaged with “TWO” Wii Motion Plus units in there for $59.99 Wii Motion Plus units by themselves cost 20 bucks a piece, so getting that game with 2 units is the best deal. If you buy that, it comes with the special longer jackets.
