My WII Play

why cant i sync my wii remote?

well i know how the wii remotes work like blutooth and infared sensore,
well when i turn on my wii and it comes to the part where you press 1+2 or thed red button near battery to sync it with wii, with the wii control that came with the console works but the one i bought does not? i can sync it but i have to go to the controller and reconnect part with 1st controller why is this cause if i break my 1st one i wont be able to play?
if you didnt understand the will control that came with wii can sync and 2nd control that bought cannot with out 1st controller..
ya didn’t listen my 2nd controller you cant do 1+2 or red button its just goes wtf is this, but if i sync my 1st controller and then go to reconnect i can sync the 2nd controller and make it 1st, so basically if something happens to my 1st controller i cant play

I think it’s more reliable to use the sync buttons than the Home Menu 1+2 method, but that’s just me.

Power on the Wii, leave it at the health screen. Push the sync button on the remote first, then the sync button on the Wii. Repeat for every remote you have.
