My WII Play

Wii Homebrew question!?

Okay,so I have a successfully homebrewed Wii and I have already added plenty of hacks like DVD playback,System menu hacks,region free everything,installing free wiiware and vc games,USB loader GX,etc. And I was Interested in installing system menu themes.I already have mymenuify set up and everything and I already have a csm file of the theme ready to install but there are 2 problems.I tried installing the mymenuify wad (channel) via wad manager.I tried installing it with IOS249 (which is a custom iOS in my Wii) but every time it loads,The wiimote unsyncs and there other way to install it.However I was able to start it up as an app in the homebrew channel.But lately,everytime mymenuify starts,my screen just goes black and the wiimote un syncs again.what am I doing wrong?I have a customIOS249 and Hermes customIOS 222 and 223.I also have bootmii installed as an iOS and installed bootmii in boot2 and I have priiloader installed.I’m also running system menu 4.1

I would try downloading mymenuify as a .dol or .elf and booting it from the homebrew channel (sometimes channels don’t work quite right), that should fix your problem. After that, make sure you created your .csm file from scratch. If a site distributes a mislabeled .csm file, it can brick your wii.
