Can you play as Zurg on Toy Story 3 for Wii?
On the Toy Story 3 Video Game for Wii, can I play as Zurg? And if so, how would I unlock him?
Unfortunately, no. Zurg is only playable on the Playstation 3 version of Toy Story 3. He was included as a bonus and acted as an incentive for Playstation 3 owners to purchase the game, as they were the ones that needed the most encouragement. Actually, this is common practice in the video game world. However, when it’s done it’s usually done with both systems. For instance, when Soul Caliber II was in development, each of the major systems were given a special character which didn’t appear in the other versions of the game (I believe it was that the Gamecube got Link, the Xbox got Spawn, and the Playstation 2 got some one else whom I can’t remember). Maybe it’s not fair that this is the way that the game was developed, but hey, that’s marketing for ya.
