Wii Troubleshooting Remote
Problem with my Wii remote!!!?
I have had this problem continously and it is getting annoying, only 1 wii remote syncs at a time. I have 4 remotes; only one works at a time!!! i’ve tried holding the sync botton (on the wii) for 15 seconds. i’ve tried everything on the wii.com troubleshooting site, but nothing, is there a number i could call to get this fixed, exchanged, or repaired? thank you all for your help.
I should mention that i bought the charger stand…
The problem started when i noticed that the wii was off but one of the controllers was still on. what i did was place it on the charger stand and the controller was still on… i then got the controller and took off the battary, the next day the problems started… thank you all for your input.
How long does it take to get repairs? how long are you on hold with customer service?
After you have tried all the troubleshooting, go to nintendo.com and call customer support to set up a replacement
