wii wifi connection speed
nintendo wifi help?

I’ve been trying to get hooked up to nintendo wifi for the past few days, i’ll get to the point were the wii will do a connection test, but once it’s done it’ll say error code 52030 and that it can’t connect to the internet. I’ve looked on support.nintendo.com and it’ll say to change the channel of the wireless router to 1 or 11 or to find the MAC address fliter. I’m not really sure how to do this becuase my router isn’t on nintendo’s list, so if anyone can tell me how to do either one of these things I’ll really appreciate it. I’m not sure who made my router but it has Speed Stream on the front.

did u try to do an initial setup for the wii to find a router. u have to clear all the connections and then do a search for the router, make sure ur SSIN and codes are all correct and make sure comcast is not ur internet provider. but im not sure that matters if ur router isnt from comcast. comcast routers will not connect to wii because comcast is in some affiliation with microsoft, hence no connection to nintendo. i dont know speedstream but i would try to reset all your internet config. and start all over. maybe get on the phone with a nintendo rep to walk u thru the process.
